Nautical & Marine Fauna Tours
From December through April you can take nautical tours where you will observe a reproductive sea lion colony up close, many species of local and migratory birds and wilth some luck, groups of dusky dolphins. By motor boat, in kayak, walking along the coast or on a bike from up above the high sea cliffs, you can explore the surroundings of Puerto Piramides and contemplate the great variety of birds, mammals and other species that share this space with us here in the nature reserve.
Whale Watching
There are 6 companies that offer nautical and whale watching tours aboard certified motorboats, from June untill December. The Southern Right Whale visits these coasts to reproduce and raise their calves during the first months of their existence.Jump aboardforan unforgettable experience observing and being observed in these animals natural environment.
Diving
The second most important tourist activity that is offered throughout the year is SCUBA diving.There are 4 dive operators that offer diving for all levels of experience. These same dive shops also offer personalized courses with entry level to professional level international certificatons ( PADI, SSI ).
Kayak y Trekking
Guided kayak tours for the easy to expert level, lasting half day, full day or even multiple day excursions, including camping and the options of other adventures, are offered from Puerto Piramides.These excursions are organized for small groups in order to offer personalized attention, improved security and reduced environmental impact.
Mountainbike
The many circuits vary greatly in difficulty, distance and the different kind of terrain and landscapes that will be encountered. These characteristics not only make the excursions fun but with a longing for what is around the next bend.
Deep sea fishing
Puerto Pirámides offers different options for those who to embark on a fishing adventure. These excursions are generally looking for the large, over 20kg, Sand Perch as well as Patagonian Grouper or Sea Bass. Also caught on occasion are the Sea Bream, mackerel and different species of Shark.

Personalized wildlife tours within the Peninsula can be arranged, with observation and interpretation of its varied eco-systems, including visits to Megalanic Penguin, Sea Lion and South American Elephant Seal colonies. There are specialized tours for no more than four people with local bilingual guides.
